This meeting was not quorate
This year, the RHS have drastically reduced the size of all of their plant committees and at the same time have increased the quorum from 7 to 8.  The Joint Rock Committee is unique in having meetings that take place throughout the UK from Aberdeen to Exeter and the membership is similarily distributed. It is inevitable under the new regime that meetings will frequently not be quorate and that was the case at this one, even though everyone who lived within 200 miles of the committee attended.
