The Begining

Welcome to my diary of the building and planting of a new Rock Garden at Old Court Nurseries and The Picton Garden. Old Court has a history of Rock Gardens and three generations of alpine growers, so it is going to be quite a challenge.

The old Rock Gardens built by Percy and his son Paul have now gone or evolved into borders for Michaelmas Daisies but Helen has established a new one in the car park, see photo, and it is this which I will be expanding.
